They usually do a good job. There are times that I have to make a second trip to clear up the initial issue but always is. I always receive my military discount along with a "Thank you for your service". Always plan to be in the waiting area for a while even with an appointment.

I had four tires installed at the Preston Highway location and have to share this experience. First of all it started close to six weeks ago when I called to get a quote and spoke with Matt who took my information and said he created a ticket to lock in the price he quoted, but informed me that the rear tires for my car were on 30 day national backorder. A few months ago i went to tire discounters on preston hwy and had new tires put on my car when i left the store with it the front end was had a vibration in it over the next 3 weeks it continued to get worse so i took it back and had them check it out ,they told me one of the tires was out of balance and it should be good now so i left and it wasnt good.so while i was at the lincoln dealer having rutine maint. I asked them to look at it they said all 4 rotors were improperly turned and warped and need to be redone 400.00
