can never get service on road hazard insurance without a 2 to 3 hour wait. Costco got me In right away, <$10 later, on my way. So I priced a full set of replacement tires there and saved $400 by getting them at Costco. Goodbye TD, Costco customer for life.

This business lets you make an appointment for service then makes you wait. Used to go first thing in the morning, and I would wait. Went somewhere else for my last oil change but thought I’d give them another chance. Went in the afternoon this time, 4pm appointment. After an hour and 45 min, car hadn’t been touched. Took my key and left. They offered no explanation, no apology. Seemed happy that I lightened their work load. Went down the road, had some extra service done, out in 30 min. Broke my son's radiator. Refuse to fix. Never will go back.

They are slow! Even if you have an appointment please expect to wait an extended period of time. I guess that’s the service you get at $9 an hour.

I purchased 4 brand new tires was told I got road side hazard with the purchase then when I took one of my tires back they said okay we will fix it bc it’s a new tire and then they lied and said bc u have a sports car we cant offer that to u so u have to buy a another new tire then he seriously had the nerve to ask if I wanted to purchase road side warranty like really dude horrible experience I’ll make sure I’ll never go back and I’m going to make sure none of my friends and family spend there money in this place again

Avoid at all cost. 2 hours and 45 mins for tire rotation and oil change. Employees sitting around eating munchies and watching computer. Looking at the others comments this is the standard for this shop

Well for whatever reason whoever got tires Friday it took forever is in there over 3 hours for my tires and alignment and then it took another 15 minutes for them to check me out at the register. The guys who are doing tires or just standing around joking taking their sweet old time not worried about people have to go to work or other things that they had to do. Very poor on the service would not recommend
