I stopped in Saturday morning to have my tires rotated but I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait since I did not have an appointment. I didn’t want to wait that long and I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. I arrived early for my appointment on Monday and was told it shouldn’t take more than an hour. Two hours later I recieved my vehicle back without any explanation or apology as to why it took so long! People just don’t take pride in their work. You can tell. If I’m standing at the desk, don’t answer the phone before you acknowledge me. Don’t answer a text on your personal phone either. And how hard is it to call the customer when the vehicle is finished? I had to call myself to find out I could pick it up. This store is covienent for me to get to and close but I doubt I’ll be back. Mostly a good experience. was told my car would be ready by 7:00pm called and was told it would not be ready until early next day . not a problem for me but it could have been. still a good experience. was not offered road hazard protection . maybe not available. have bee doing business a long time with tire discounters will continue to do so
