After leaving the other TD in Florence (where we usually go), the manager at this location saved the day! With a lot full of customers, he personally stepped in, got down on his knees and lowered our hitch so that it's the correct height on our new truck. It was a little thing, but not having to wait 4 hours was extremely helpful since our hitch didn't fit properly on our new truck and it's stressful enough trying to get ready for our camping trip. Thank you so much for your excellent service today!

DO NOT COME HERE, been here for almost 5 hours just to have tires put on some rims( I took them off the truck myself). Note: I was told that it would only take no more than 2 hours. Sorry don’t make up for lost time.

I started off here fixing a tire and kept coming back. The staff is amazing especially dick and Jacob! I’m living here far from my home in Virginia so it’s been so amazing having someone I trust with my truck and they have taken very good care of me! �

I've had a couple things done and my son goes to this location faithfully. Jacob, the general manager is amazing. Joel and Dick are great guys. They took good care of me. They have my business! Highly recommend them!
