Had great service from the folks at Tire Discounters! Came in for two tires but ended up doing four due to the other two being in bad shape. I let them know I was about to have a child so they went through and made sure the car was safe and sound. Really appreciate them and the service! Will be back for all my car needs.

I went in after hitting some unknown object in the road that immediately flattened my tire. We were leaving for Kansas the next day and needed to keep repairs cheap. Joe Robinson, the GM was great! I always worry about being a woman and being taken advantage of at mechanic shops, but I saw him help numerous women that afternoon and never tried to upscale or trick them and actually save one woman the expense of an unnecessary repair. Parents were stranded due to a need for a brake line replacement. Called early morning and told they could have it by end of day. Received no follow up so I called to check near closing. Stated it would be Monday morning. Received no response from Tire discounterby 12:30, so I called. They still had not started. My mom called to check and they insulted her car by saying they almost never got it in the garage, thought they’d have to push it. I was pleased with the service I received. The only thing that was upsetting was that I had made an appointment, arrived on time for the appointment and was told that it would take 45 mins- an hour. Needless to say it was 3 hours later before it was finished. 🙄😳
