Service was bad. Took 2 hours for oil change and rotated tires. I was told that the mechanic left my vehicle to work on another vehicle. Maybe because I had a Groupon. I was charged for services on top of my Groupon, and I never had to pay additional charges with any Groupon I have ever used. I can understand adding a charge for additional oil, But service and disposal that was paid for with the original price of Groupon. Greedy with no customer service. The receptionist was nice and polite but the service was pitiful.

The gentlemen Shane and Bryant were such a huge help. I had another mechanic who completely ruined my suspension with improper installations. After several different visits to other mechanics nobody had even showed the same attention to detail to notice the issue. This caused tremendous damages to my guys. Thankfully for these guys not only did the repair the damages (which they showed me) they included a free replacement to my windows which were damaged while I was away on deployment to Poland. This was my first time to a tires plus. Visited the location on Alafaya Trail, Bryant was the very professional gentleman who took care of me. I liked that he explained all recommendations after the inspection of my truck. The store is very clean and welcoming. 10 out of 10
