I went to your shop to add air pressure in my tires and discovered there was a nail in one of my tires.Your great employees Anwar Guzman and Alexander spray immediately looked up my purchase history and realized that I have purchased my four brand new tires eight months ago from your place and also purchased the road hazard agreement. Found and patched the slow leak in my tire.
Very satisfied with my experience. Purchased 4 tires and they had them the next day. Mounting and installation was very quick and the work was very clean. The upsell suggestion of an alignment was reasonable and it was clearly explained as to why they were recommending it. No pressure and I really liked the staff members I talked to. With good pricing, excellent service, and a convenient location, I will definitely return.
I was disappointed with my recent service. Brought a classic vehicle in for a tune up. Charged $700 for only plugs and wires. Didn’t change the fuel filter, tune the carb, or anything else you’d generally expect with a tune up. I think they should have turned me away if they weren’t knowledgeable or prepared about vintage vehicles that have things like carburetors or engine swaps. They also left the plug wires laying in my exhaust manifold so they would melt if I didn’t catch it.
Very friendly service at reasonable prices. They actually caught a nail embedded in my tire that I hadn’t realized during my oil change. Would recommend and will revisit again.
