I took my car in for an oil change at the S. Florida Ave location here in Lakeland this morning and absolutely love this place. My husband usually takes our car in for servicing but today it was me. John (the GM) and other staff were kind, friendly, not all straight down to business like other places I'd been to. They definitely seem to have a genuine concern for their customers. Thanks so much!
