Travelling From Atlanta and got a screw in the rear tire. Crew was friendly and fast getting us in and out in less than an hour.
TQ in Sumter is awesome! I am always treated fairly, and they explain the problem in detail! Their manager Dave is great, and he always makes sure things are done right. If there’s a problem, he is always willing to fit you in to get it right!
The guy at the desk was rude. Aside from how he spoke to me, I heard other people and their conversation with him. Also $16.99 oil change was $25. Bad, bad, bad people skills and professionalism. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever, never.
Good people and always take care of our rides David the manager has always been very responsive and even assisted us when my wife’s care was having issues in another city and at another one of their locations.
Amazing service. Honest and reliable. Took our truck into a major dealership and was told my tire needed to be completely replaced. Coincidently this dealership had a tire sale going on. Took my truck to tread quarters to find out that it didn’t even need to be plugged. Super reliable and great staff! Love the honesty. It’s refreshing
I came here on a Sunday at 3pm for tire alignment, oil change, and more. David was incredibly helpful as well as genuinely polite. He answered all of my questions, offered great advice, and exhibited superb professionalism. Their services were above satisfactory. I didn't wait a long time and the price was exceptional. I will continue to go to this establishment. SUPER PLEASED �
