I've known these guys for over 20 years, I've bought countless wheels and tires from them, not to mention all the mechanical repairs they've done for me, whether it be my work vans or my wives vehicle right before a long road trip with the family, I've always been able to depend on these guys....
We drive from eagle mountain to go to the big o in payson. We love the service we get there.
I have never had a bad experience with any Big O. This one is no exception. They are great
Payson's Big O has always been so helpful to me for my cars and for my daughters' cars. They bend over backwards to please their customers, and they always offer me my military discount - I don't even have to ask for it anymore. Great customer service and fair prices! They even have done a few things for me with no cost at all. Amazing!
I never give negative reviews but I am this time. I took my car in to get the oil changed and the tires rotated and balanced. I get the print out stating that they did rotate and balance the tires. Two days later my tire pressure sensor comes on. Same tire, in the exact same position as when I took it in, was low. They didn’t rotate or balance at all. How many other times have the claimed they have done something and not?
