They banded together to compete against tire manufacturers' company stores and big retail chains. The tire-buying cooperative quickly evolved into the Big O Tires store franchise organization. Great customer service and great quality tires at a fair price
Got a good deal on tires, and they even screwed back on a plastic part of my van for free just because I asked. Very good to explain everything, and to give quotes.

Great company, Great service. I have two college boys and two more on the way in the next couple of years. They always take care of my boys cars. They go out of their way to pick up their cars, fix whatever needs to be repaired and return it to them. Very honest, very trustworthy, thank you for all you do for me and my boys. If I could give more than 5 starts I would!
I had a flat tire and was able to go in and have it fixed in no time at all. Great service and Jaren was a big help. Thanks Big O.
If you want to over pay for things you don't need this is the place to go... disappointed in the integrity of the employees, telling you that you need fix something only to have them "fix it" and had to have it "redone" twice, and charging hundreds more than everyone else. disappointed for sure.
