I got to Big O Tires five minutes before they were closing to get a quote on some tires. I originally planned to come back tomorrow but they offered to install them onto my car right then and there. I saw them help out a few other customers who walked in after me, even after they closed they didn't stop anyone else from coming in. They continued to help out their customers with a good attitude about it as well. Very good customer service.
This is one of the best Big O Tires in the entire state customer service and employees are always with a great sense of humor I reecoment everyone to stop by and see all great deal's that they always have
These guys are awesome. Not only did they fix my brakes, but they did everything they could think of to fix the back door on my car. If you want a company who is honest, knows what they are doing, and treat you well come to these guys.

I used to buy tires on all my cars from here and spent thousands of dollars letting them fix our cars. And after a recent experience I know for a fact they cannot be trusted. I went their because I thought I had a slow leak in my tire and to find out my tire had a screw in it Big O said it was in the wall of the tire and tried telling me it can’t be fixed and tried telling me I need four new tires. I drive 3 vehicles. I drive them 400 miles just to have maintenance work done by Big O Tires in Payson, Utah. I have never been disappointed. Kudos to this Big O location for your excellent work and more importantly, your honesty!
I wasn’t expecting to walk back to the shop to learn that they were going to take care of the bill. It’s been a rough few weeks and this seriously made my day! Thank you for taking care of the car so quickly and showing this act of kindness. I’ve always enjoyed coming to your shop due to the customer service but this was just amazing. Will be back for a oil change and most likely more tire repairs due to working in a construction area as of the moment.
Personable and friendly staff; willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Very competitive pricing, and they don't try to over-sell. Always completes things in a timely manner and are great to communicate the process or if there is ever an unforeseen delay that arises. Every job they've completed has been well done. Very pleased! Will definitely continue to go back to them in the future. Jesse and his team are great!
