I am sitting here at the Georgetown location. I waited in the Air Line for 20 mins in the sun. No one came out to gesture the customers to move forward, nor was customer service warranted. I spoke to Dashawn and asked why didn’t they assist the customers in the line and he just stared at me. I said that’s not the right answer! Customer service skills lack at this location. This is not the first time I had this encounter. Teach these young men how to properly serve repeated customers!

The guys at the Tire Barn at 4404 Georgetown Rd were awesome! They were all extremely polite and had my tire fixed and had me on my way much quicker than I expected! They just gained a customer!

I’ve bought tires at Tire Barn, had alignments etc, for years because the guys at the Georgetown store were always so friendly and helpful. I’ve always paid the few extra dollars per tire for road hazard because I think there’s is a good deal. On a couple occasions I had issues where maybe one tire needed to be replaced and to keep balance they would work to get me a good deal on two tires rather than only the one I had trouble with.
