True rating is NEGATIVE. Wanda Garland is very hateful and rude. I've never met her but called about a rental she listed. I was expecting her to be friendly and eager to discuss the rental. Instead she was very short and never offered any info. I would never recommend her for anything!
Worst ran realty group in east Tennessee. Tipton & his associates are as shady has they come. If you want a positive buying experience stay away from this group, their listings, and their rentals.
