I usually don’t write reviews - but my nails are still in so much pain a week after they removed my builder gel nails. I was so surprised when the nail tech started removing them by just ripping them off, I was in so much pain in the moment and was shocked. I should have said something, but I’ve never had builder gel nails before and was unfamiliar with how they were supposed to be removed. Mai did such an incredible job with my bio gel fill, she really cares about her work and you can tell. I love my nails! The reason for the four stars is due to the cleanliness of the pedicure stations, the floor and the chairs need a deep cleaning, I felt very uncomfortable getting my pedicure while being able to see the filth around the chair. A good clean will take care of it!
