Fantastic food, great drinks, nice staff. Definitely will be going back.
Great and inventive burger menu. Tipsy shakes (with rum) and try the Wisconsin curds. Also, the home made, bacon wrapped bleu cheese tater tots are dynamite. The accountant isn't bad either!

We had the pleasure of dining at Tipsy Cow for the first time tonight for our friend's birthday, and feel confident about recommending it others. It was definitely a great experience all around! Our server, Olivia, was super awesome, as were all the other folks helping out with refills and bringing out food.
