Had SNS nails done today...Nikki is awesome.....my spa pedicure with Jenny was fantastic....thank you Tips & Toes!!!

I've been going here for a couple of years. They are always very nice and it is very clean and professional. I never have to wait very long when they are busy. I am also disabled and use a cane and they are very helpful to me when getting up and down from the chairs. I was there today and they were again great.

went there last night. the guy that did my nails did not communicate. he used hand signals. he cut his nails with a toe nail clipper while doing my nails and cut part of his nail bed so he was bleeding. he did not wash his hand, clean it with alcohol nor put any gloves on. then he wanted to do my hand massage to complete my gel nail manicure with his weeping nail bed. Hi Theo I'm sorry you had a bad experience...but I will straighten up my workers to make sure that won't ever happen again... I want to reassure you that my worker did not injure himself it was polish that was on his finger..he shortened his thumb nail was because he didn't want to hurt you...

Attention to detail was spot on! I had a screen shot of what I wanted and they totally replicated it!!
Nice atmosphere, great staff and very clean plus the massagge chairs are awesome. It's the only place I go.
Great place, been going there for the past few years...have tried others, but love Nikki and Nathan at Tips & Toes.
