I haven't trusted many people with my nails. I heard good things about Tips & Toes so today I gave it a shot. I called and did the appointment. Everything was clean. I was greeted with many "hello's" & I was asked what service I wanted. I said "full set" with Nikki, Within 3 minutes I was sitting down & started. My technician was very nice & made me feel comfortable. Her name was Nikki. She definitely knew what she was doing. I was in & out within 50minutes with amazing looking nails. I heard about this place through Toyota. I was hoping to have superior work & top notch service via the other reviews but unfortunately i wont be back as these are probably one of my sloppiest set of nails ive ever had. Im new to the area & was really looking for a permanent nail salon. I understand i came in an hour & a half before close but for 50$ I expected to be happy for longer than a couple hours. My family has been going to Tips & Toes over 6 years for manicures and pedicures and we have never had a bad experience.
They put the wrong color on my nails and instead of offering to fix it tried to charge an additional 25$ to the 70$ I paid. I don’t suggest. Very rude. Awful service.

Hi Gina I’m sorry that you picked the wrong..yes I did offer to have it fixed but you didn’t want to have to start all over..as far as wanting to charge you $25 I came to you and said it would be additional $9 to put the gel on top but you didn’t want that!!! While getting your pedi done I did inform you that the mood SNS changes color.. you are always welcome to come back and we will gladly change out the color for you!!
