First time visit for an urgent dental issue. The team at Tippit Cypress location was fantastic! Dr. Castells and Krystal were great. Thank you to Sheri for assisting me when I initially called and answering all my questons. I have found my new dental team!
Always the best service ever!
Went in for what I thought was a regular cleaning, to find out it was a maintenance cleaning with a charge that I was never told about, I was told I would get a phone call back about the charge that never happened until I had to call the office back to ask about the charge. Needless to say Haley in billing was no help to the situation. So I cancelled further appointments.
The whole team at Tippit Dental was amazing from beginning to end. Roddy, as my dentist, was knowledgeable and helpful with any issues I had with my teeth. The cleaning done was one of the best and most thorough I have had.
Everyone was very nice & Professional. This was my first visit to Tippit Dental Group...Dr. Tip Tippit was friendly, kind and he went the extra mile to make sure I understood exactly what he was doing and what to expect with each action. He did a great job numbing the area, hardly felt a thing. I would like to say I loved it, but nobody loves a dental procedure. So I'll say it was my first crown and it was a pleasant experience. :)
I've been a Tippit patient for 20 years and have always been very happy with the treatment (dentists and hygienists) and the processes of making appointments, being seen on times, etc.
