Everyone in the office was nice and friendly and very professional. They answered all of my questions and made me feel more comfortable about having dental work done.

I have been a patient of the Tippit Dental Group for about two years now. My experience with them has been outstanding. From the receptionist to the Dental Assistants to the Doctors, when you enter, you are made to feel a part of a big family. They are timely in getting you in and out without long periods of waiting in the lobby. When I was ready to pay the lady said they could not accept payment at this time. Can you explain this?

Hi Charles,I'm not sure why you were told that because you actually did not owe anything for your visit and your account had an existing zero balance. So there was nothing to collect from you. Love this office, everyone is so nice. Not afraid of the dentist at all.
Great cleaning job - very professional
Even though, my regular hygienist was absent, the substitute was very personable and professional.
I have always enjoyed my visits to the office. The last visit on Monday felt a little rushed/tough as my gums and teeth are still hurting me, but everyone was friendly. See you in 6 months!
