Rented a tux for prom, they expect the tux back the next day regardless of your schedule. If not returned they charge you a $30.00 late fee. I understand they have to set guildlines however within 24 hours and 30.00 is alot, maybe extending the return time would help to insure customer satisfaction and returned customers. I will be using another company in the future.
We decided on Tip Top Tux for our wedding and it could not be better!! Ryan @ the Zona Rosa location is ON POINT! It is the best service and he is so friendly even when our wedding fell in the midst of a really busy time for them. :) I can't wait to see my love in his tux next week! Ryan cares a lot about his job and it shows. When we started months ago, we received poor service from that 'other' brand. Won't name it...but sounds like Ben's Mouse House! LOL!!!
Ryan here was so professional & communicated perfectly on what I wanted. If you want excellent service you're doing a disservice to yourself by not checking their tuxes out!
