Easily the worst retail experience I’ve had in years. The salesmen are instructed to push whichever styles are in surplus (or so I was unwittingly told) and the sizing portfolio is optimized to serve the overweight. The clothes are in bad shape and you have to be a pest just to be sure you’ll have something suitable for your body type and event (if you’re at all discerning). My wife and I used Tip Top Tux in July for our wedding and so many compliments were given. The manager is very helpful and informative about about any question or idea we had. The prices there were reasonable as well. All in all great service!

My husband and his groomsmen got their tuxes from both this location as well as the location in St. Joseph and we couldn't be happier with the services provided! Not only did all the guys look fantastic, but the staff were very kind, and remembered us when we came in! It really made us feel special. Our big day wouldn't have been the same without Tip Top Tux!

The staff at Tip Top Tux were amazing and super helpful. A couple of our tuxes did come with the wrong color buttons and cufflinks which did detract from the uniform look of the tuxes. I feel that had the men noticed upon picking up, Tip Top Tux would have definitely fixed this issue. However, it was frustrating to see in photos the difference particularly when we only had rented 6 tuxes from them so it was not an extremely large amount of tuxes to get right. Jennifer Woodson and her staff were absolutely delightful to work with! I cannot adequately express how pleased we were with the beautiful clothing they lent the groom's party for our wedding last May. Customer service at this store IS truly "Tip Top!" ☺ We will definitely be repeat customers should my husband ever need formal wear in the future.
