RecommendedWent in to order vests for my wedding for myself and 4 groomsman and the experience was outstanding!! We were greeted immediately by Jennifer and she jumped right in to help us knuckleheads figure out what we were doing. Hey and Ryan were amazing. measured us up and got everything ordered exactly how we needed. If I ever need anything again I'll only be using this place.
Day before a big wedding and they tell us that have the groomsmen's stuff is missing. They told us to go to their competitor and see if they can help. We did and they actually saved the day. This place would not give any money back on their huge mess up.
This has been the worst tuxedo rental experience I have ever had. The sizing process was rushed and done poorly. The tuxedo arrived with too little pants with a too little jacket—when my son went back in, he was rushed out and given a piece of paper to get a bigger jacket. The pants he received have clips that don’t work and are constantly popping up. The staff was less than courteous (except for Colton). We’ve rented four tuxedos from these people in the last two years and they’ve got one right. Two the pants were too short and the last one the jacket can be used as a parachute. Thank God he’s a senior and I don’t have to deal with this again.
The team here is out standing! I have come here multiple times for events; they are very professional and know their business. Start to finish it was an easy experience. Big thank you for keeping me dapper.
Hands down the best experience. From the minute we decided to stop by and check our suits for our wedding, we felt like everyone cared. Emails were sent along the way to see if we needed help with anything. Sizing was easy for the guys and pickup and drop off was a dream. Absolutely no hassle at all.
