A shop that attacks a customer who had a bad experience and left a bad review is a shop that can’t handle criticism therefore lacks maturity. You don’t have to be perfect but as a business, expect to have some bad reviews because you can’t make everyone happy. I would never want to deal with human beings with awful customer service skills & lack of maturity especially when it comes to trusting you with inking our bodies permanently and piercing our bodies. Shame on you all.
Calling out people on social media because they have given you a poor rating is extremely unprofessional. So is deleting their comments and blocking them from your page because you don't want to fix the problem that they had. Highly unprofessional business. Take your business to a more professional tattoo shop.
