Dustin did a fantastic job covering up two different tattoos for and my husbands wedding ring!! He free handed the big cover up and rocked! Drove 470 miles to get Dustin to do the 10th and 11th tattoo he has done for me! He is the only one I trust!
Dustin did an awesome job on my tattoo! Couldn't be any prouder than to show off the work he did for me. I will be back!

Let me just say that Dustin is great. He did a fantastic job on my girlfriends first tattoo. But the dark complected guy with two sleeves needs to practice more before putting permanent pieces on people's bodies. He was more interested in getting off work on Saturday and did a terrible job on my girlfriends sister and my tats. Since I live in Ohio I now have to spend more money to get mine fixed at a local shop. Let's see if I hear from this shop so I can show them the shoddy work I'm talking about. The only thing good about Tip Top was they got me and my two girlfriends in very fast. We all got three leaf clovers in different styles on our left foot mine didn't turn out nothing like the colorful picture I showed my artist. My other girlfriends turned out more like a little purple cross and the other girlfriend told her artist before he even began she wanted white ink in hers and he refused to do it!!!
I went in last night for a birthday tattoo and was helped right away and given exactly what I wanted and it was done perfectly amazing by Dustin! I also had my tongue pierced from kyle like 6-7 months ago and he was very helpful and nice! He did a great job and also gave me all answers I needed and gave me amazing follow up instructions.
