Went in and got a suit for my brothers wedding and had the best service you could ever imagine Natalii was extremely helpful and knew what your size was exactly. Best service I ever had. Would definitely recommend you go to tip top tailors and ask for her.

I bought a blazer from this store yesterday and was disappointed with both the product and the customer service. When I returned to ask about a return, one of the staff members (shown below) was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to be treated this way when you're trying to resolve a concern politely. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.
Worst customer service experience of my life. Waited 45 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged by staff in any way. Finally I spoke up and asked if I could be fitted and was told they didn’t have time before the store closed. If you would have greeted me or spoke to me at any point prior to that I could have left and came back another time. Now I will take my business elsewhere.
We went back for a second wedding suit and Kenny was an incredible employee! The store was very understaffed and he was somehow smoothly handling 5 clients at the same time. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I had never heard of tiptop before, but I’ll be sure to recommend the store!
