Great service as always. Chelsea was great at scheduling an appt ASAP. Vladimir showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. He quickly replaced the broken part and gave me tips on keeping the door running smoothly in the future. Would recommend this company for great service at a reasonable price.

Recently ran into an issue with my opener and was very lucky to contact Tip Top. They sent out Vlad who is one of the best technicians across any trade I’ve had to reach out to. Not only was he super friendly and efficient , he also made sure that I understood the issue with the old opener so I could be sure it wouldn’t be a problem moving forward. I don’t want my garage door to go down again, but if it did I’d be happy to be calling Tip Top and seeing Vlad again. Thanks very much yall!
