great company, easy to work with
they called me as soon as i put in my request. i was given details about my project and the estimate. after arriving, the cost was less since my chimney was in good condition. the service rep was very professional and kind. i would hire them again.

Great service. Inspected chimney and determined it didn't need to be cleaned. Researched and installed a missing damper appropriate for my old fireplace. Tip Top is now my go-to chimney guy!
The inspector listened to my concerns and work was done the next day to fix the problem!
Tobias arrived at scheduled time. Chimneys checked and did not need to be swept. Damper was stuck open and he was able to get it working without replacing the system. Chimney cap were installed in timely manner. Tobias takes the time to explain what he is doing, why it needs to be done and how to care for the entire fireplace including the chimney. Very professional and knowledgeable.
