Very pleasant both on the phone and at our home. Explained they would clean our vent both from the inside and outside. But they only cleaned from outside. When we used our dryer two days later, hot air and lint came out of the back! We discovered that the brush they used to clean the vent tube pushed the vent off the attachment. There was also lint in the dryer which would have been seen if they had cleaned from the inside as they indicated they did.
