Honesty and quality advice
This company has not done the work on our chimney yet, but will be here in another week according to their work schedule which sounds very full so they must really be good according to that and the reviews I read. However, I was quite impressed with the representative's analysis of the work needing to be done at a fair cost and will add to this review once the work is completed. He did a great job. Just what I needed.
Was on time, pleasant, made friends with the dog (yay) and did an excellent job. Explained everything and how to care for our fireplace insert as well as recommending proper use of the dampers. Will definitely hire again!
