I just got a terrific pedicure. I attempted to pay for it with the $40 remainder of a $75 gift certificate My husband got me for Christmas (2018) - the owner, Sandy, told me it was expired - it was only “Good” for a year. I have been a long time customer of this nail spa- they know me and my mom by our first name- when I asked if she could make an exception she said no- it’s expired.... HOW DOES $$ EXPIRE?!?? Felt super uncomfortable while getting the trashiest pedicure known to man smh bottom of my feet were still rough and peeling when I left like I literally went here to soak my feet in water and go home. I didn't even bother letting her polish my nails because it would have been more work for a BETTER salon to take the crap of smh never again!
I’ve been going here for several years. My experience today was the worst. Staff was rude. The tub wasn’t clean and when they filled it, the waster was cold. Service is always rushed. The head lady always seems to be yelling at the customers when they come in. Don’t waste your money. There are many more friendly places to go in Tosa.
Got my nails done on a Wednesday and one nail chipped by Friday and another two were starting to chip. They fixed one but refused to fixed the others because they didn’t agree that they were starting to chip. By Monday (not even a full week later) I have 6 nails chipped. Paid $40 for these nails which is more expensive than anywhere I’ve gone. Hardly said a word to me while I was there, poor customer service.
I had a shellac manicure and had 3 nails significantly chip within the first few days. Very disappointing. I’ve gotten my nails done at a number of places before and have not had that happen anywhere else.
