Can’t believe I have to give a star for this when it should be ZERO. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I came in for a haircut and was immediately told my hair was “too curly” and that I had to come back another day so his sister could “detangle” it. Instead of detangling it, she straight up straightened it and fried and flattened the hell out of my hair.
