DO NOT GO HERE! I received awful customer service. The owner refused to help me re-attach my carseat base after it became unlatched! This was a carseat I had purchased from them AND had installed by them. The fact that I would not be able to safely transport my child did not seem to bother him. I had the sense that unless I was willing to make a big purchase they were not interested in helping me. I was truly shocked that even after waiting 25 minutes for help the owner basically said "i won't have time to get to you today".... read more
