RecommendedDr. Ramirez and her team are always pleasant, competent, informative and efficient. My youngest has been going for over a year.
The office is very inviting for little ones - there is something to occupy children of all ages in waiting areas. It is clean. The staff are very friendly. The text reminders and feedback surveys are excellent customer service loops. Dr. Ramirez is really great with the kids and does well to educate parents on proper oral care. Came to get a second opinion, I heard about this clinic through a family member. I have to say I loved this office. I loved the environment and most of all my shy, nervous 3 year old daughter loved this place. The staff was very friendly and so was the Doctor. Both my boys had a wonderful experience here. We were offered preventative care and close watch on my 5 year olds cavity. The front office set up is amazing with toys, a riding horse and 2 video game set ups. It was a nice distraction to help keep the kids occupied. The dentist explained everything to the boys (from her putting on the masks and gloves to exactly what she was going to do with their teeth). The nurses were attentive and very nice. My son absolutely loves coming here. He's been a patient of Dr. Ramirez for a year and a half and enjoys getting his teeth checked. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful in putting my nervous little guy at ease as they move through all of his little check ups.
I have been bringing my daughter here for a year and half now. We love the staff and office! By far the best dentist office I have been to, makes me happy to know my child is always well taken care of. Thank you Dr. Christina and staff for doing an amazing job, and always keeping smiles on your faces!
