Hi had appointment for my wife's focus to have remote start and windows tinted. Drop off at noon and they said be done by 6. No worry you have it until 11 am Saturday. Stop on way home from work midnight and the car was still sitting in the same place she left it at noon. Had to get up early to call and tell not to start on it because I wanted it by a 11 am. When i called they said they got busy in the afternoon. What good does it do to make appointment if they don't get it done. Will go back to automotive solutions in Belvi... read more
Very friendly employees but not happy with my experiences with my window tinting. First time took 9 1/2 hrs and my key was missed placed... had bubbles and crimping in the front windows and had to have it redone. After over 9 hrs and was suppose to be buffed I still have marks... when I went in for the redo appointment I was told I could wait it would be 2-3 hrs. After 4 hrs I was told another 30-40 minutes, after another hr I was told they had messed up and only 1 window was done so my 4 redos took another 7 hours. Would no... read more
