Not only did I have to wait 2 months to get my remote start using my Groupon deal, along with an extra $100 bypass fee, but they had my car from 8:30 am until they closed at 6 pm. Why did they need my car for 10 hours to put in a remote start? I know it didn't take that long. To be fair, they said I may not be able to pick it up until 6 pm, but they also implied that it would be ready way before then. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Ever.
I have been waiting 3 hrs for Tint World to fix my automatic starter and they have the nerve to ask me to reschedule for another day. When if they did it right the first place I wouldn't have to come back here. Then the front receptionist named Vanessa calls me a bitch in the shop thinking I didn't hear. I will never come back here and I will make sure people know how unprofessional and unreliable this so called car place is
I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is, and how little they care for your time and money. If you read more reviews between yelp, and Google+, you will see a trend in their lack of respect for the very people that keep them afloat. Mike Mayo neglected to give me a refund which was requested within a month of the application date, and didn't care to respect my concerns or issues.
I got a killer deal on a remote start, everyone was super nice and they even bumped me to the front of the line and got mine installed in under 2 hours when they found out I was going to stay and wait for it! Cannot recommend enough!
Phenomenal customer service! The crew was very helpful, caring and understanding of my wants and needs for my car. The facility is very clean and so much to look at while you wait. If you're looking for ANY automotive aftermarket accessories, marine, residential, or commercial tinting then this is the place to go. They are experts in everything aftermarket! I highly recommend Tint World.
