Mike and his crew are great people to work with. This was second time around and still very happy with service.
Great experience! True professionals, and the best customer service! I came in with a warranty issue on my work truck alarm . I was immediately helped by owner Mike and manager Chester. They were very accommodating and in constant communication through out the entire repair process. Needless to say my warranty issue was resolved, they replaced several parts, at NO COST, and my alarm now works as it should. They did such a great job on my tail light tints and window tints. My parents have also had their cars worked on at this location and had great experience, highly recommended!
Horrible customer service!! Made a appointment and showed up after driving 45 min to get to them to tell me they are all sold out and they will have the owner call me by the end of the day. Yep no call back. They don't take care of their customers. Go somewhere else you get better service!
My experience with the bensenville TintWorld was enjoyable. My car was in by 10am and out by 1pm. The bathroom was an extraordinary experience that I will never forget(soft tissue). But ultimately it was the service to my vehicle that made me want to come back in the future when I'm ready to install my new system. Thank you TintWorld!
Had my car done yesterday, found a couple issues with it but they said give it 30 days for all of it to settle and dry, and I am o.k. with that. Great people, easy to work with, everything including all options were fully explained to me. Price was good. Will go back with my other cars.
