Amazing Job! By Christine I came home from work to find my hot water heater leaking. Mr. Rooter came out that night to replace it. The repairman wore booties and placed card board down to protect my hardwood floors. I'm very impressed with the quality of work, the prices, the friendliness of the crew, and the amount of time it took to replace my water heater. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

Outstanding Service & Expertise After years of service from Ken Tingey it is very pleasing to know that when something comes up he is there. I recently had to have the stop and waste replaced at my home. He came out and installed a new stop and waste valve. Not like everyone else would install it, but how he knows it should be installed and with the type of parts that he knows will last for years and years so that I won't have to worry about it again. Wonderful Service I just purchase a home and yes! The furnace went out. I called Ken and he was able to come right out. It turned out that it was time to replace the 40 year old furnace. I wanted to relocate the furnace to accommodate some future remodeling and after several suggestions we came up with a perfect place for it. They ordered the furnace and had it installed very quickly and in time for the cold snap. Great job and so happy We built our home 16 years ago and the floor heat was never the system promised. Our neighbor, who had the same system, spoke very highly of Mr. Rooter when he had his undated. We called Tingey Plumbing & Heating and in a very short period of time finally have a system to die for. The heat throughout the house is consisent and looking forward to a warm and comfortable winter in good old Wyoming. Great Service! After waking up in the morning to an almost over flowing toilet, I looked around for a plumber to come help me. I looked online at some in my area and Mr. Rooter was the one with the best reviews. And it definitely was true! The technician was amazing, very kind and polite and efficient and had us back to normal within a couple of hrs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber, especially on the fly!

Five Star Service I bought a home out in Eagle Mountain. Within a year my water heater was done for. I called Mr. Rooter and they came out the same day with a new water heater. They noticed that it wasn't up to code and that I didn't have an expansion tank. They replaced my water heater and installed the expansion tank at no extra charge. They were on time, quick and very courteous. I won't use any one else. I can't say enough about how great the experience was!
