Go with the best - really!!! I've tried several different plumbing services over the years, and Tingey Plumbing is by far the best and most professional of the lot. In each case, their service representative showed up on time (including a phone call in advance of the visit to assure that I was home) and told me what options I had to address the problem, told me the price up front, and stayed until the job was done. Recommend Mr. Rooter Mr. Rooter sent a professional who helped us with our leaking water heater. They replaced ours with a new one in a timely manner (it was under warranty). Even though the "booties" they put on must be a pain to work in, the worker diligently put them on every time he entered the house to ensure keeping our house clean. I recommend using Mr. Rooter for your water heater concerns.

great, timely, and professional service Called them to repair a leak at 6 pm Wednesday, and they had scheduled a repair at 8:30 Thursday. Repairman was there exactly at 8:30, gave an exact bid on time and cost and completed the job as stated. Repairman was courteous and professional.

EXELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a few problems with my plumbing and I called and spoke to a wonderful service member who assisted me with setting up an appointment. They sent out a tech named Ralph who had been in the industry for over 30 yrs. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge and willing to give me pointers on how to maintain certain appliances. Great service! Tingey Plumbing is one of the best plumbing services I've ever worked with. Unfailingly patient, efficient, and prompt in service, this company does excellent work and makes sure to follow-up on customers. It is also the case that they will get a technician out on the same day if at all possible. Great service and great people!

Great Service by Mr. Rooter I heard about Mr. Rooter through another repair service. Having had a good experience with them before, I called Mr. Rooter to fix a leaking sink. A repairman was at out at our condo very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had our sink repaired within the space of a couple hours. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent.

Great service My daughter had Mr Rooter replace her leaky water heater late one night. They responded quickly and did a great job. So, I called them late the other night when my furnace wouldn't come on. They came early the next morning and diagnosed a broken motor. The serviceman was knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable. He even returned a few days later when I was worried about a sound. He said it was working well. I would definitely use them again.

Happy Happy Happy Tingey Heating & Air was fantastic! I had a tenant without heat so as you can imagine timing was critical with temperatures in the teens. Unsure of what the problem was, I called Tingey and they were at my rental property within 1 1/2 hours. They discovered a broken thermostat, replaced it and were on their way! Happy tenant, happy landlord, happy pocket-book.
