Condo Flood Michael did a great job fixing my condo's main water line. His service was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and . He took time to explain and show me why the waterline had burst. New H2O Heater Installed Quickly Our water heater went and we called several plumbers trying to get general bids. In speaking with the owner he gave us a "ballpark" bid letting us know he couldn't do much without seeing things. We chose Tingey as they actually called back and said they'd squeeze us in before the weekend so we'd have hot water. Several others just had email "autoresponders" or didn't call back at all. The BEST These guys always provide excellent service with great timing and pricing. I always know the price they give is very fair and I've never had bad work done. I always call them. I wish they did sheetrock, electrical and remodeling!

Great plumbing and heating service! I have been using Tingey Plumbing and Heating for many years now and it has always been a great experience! The receptionist is always very friendly and helpful. They are always on time and they are respectful of me and my property. They are very thorough and spend the time explaining what they have found, what needs to be done, and what it will cost. They even take care of swamp coolers! I have had Tingey plumbing out a few times, and appreciate their great work! Now I find they take care of swamp coolers, too! Happy camper!

Tingey Plumbing and heating is the best! We have been using Tingey plumbing and heating for years because we value quality work. Ken never leaves a job until he is sure that everything has been repaired and he is careful to explain to us what he is doing. He is also careful to have his workers use shoe covers and lay down plastic so as not to get a mess on the floor.

Great Service Kevin from Tingey Plumbing was AWESOME! He came on time, was personable and very efficient. He quickly solved a problem I have been putting up with for 16+ years...why did I wait so long to call?! I would recommend them anytime for service. Their office staff is great, Erin called to confirm and followed up with me to same day to make sure I had all my needs met. Thank you!

RIP OFF COMPANY Scam Alert!!! This company is a total rip off and has the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with in my lifetime. Called four times and left a message for Ken Tingey always told they were short handed and he was on a job. Never called back about the heater not working. Had to call another heating company and I was told I was sold a wrong size unit for my condo and it is now burned out and trash. So after buying a brand new heater less then 3 years ago it is now junk and I have to buy a n... read more
