I had an appointment for a Friday. Jared called on Thursday and said there was a cancellation; would I like the plumber to come early? Yes! Michael was at the house within minutes. He looked at the problem, fixed it and called me to explain what he had done. I don’t think it took him more than 10 minutes. We’ve used Tingey for a few years and they were always prompt with the service call and installation or repair. They get my highest recommendation. SJ 06/20

Called Tingey Plumbing same day and an agent was over before noon. Very professional and knowledgeable showed us exactly what the problems were and fixed them. When I asked them if they would provide me info for my insurance claim, they did. Would we hire Tingey Plumbing again. Absolutely!!!!

I have used Tingey's several times for different issues from plumbing and heating. They have always came through. They are professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate their friendliness and recommend them highly.

Great experience. Michael did all of the plumbing in our remodeled kitchen and bathrooms including fixing what our previous contractor did wrong. He was knowledgeable, very thorough and detail oriented, and took the time to fully explain everything to us before during and after. The owners Candy and Ken Tingey are also awesome people and very professional. Condo Flood Michael did a great job fixing my condo's main water line. His service was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and . He took time to explain and show me why the waterline had burst. We were very satisfied with the service provided by Tingey Heating and Air of Salt Lake City. First, they responded quickly to our emergency call which occurred on a weekend. The installation occurred the very next day and prevented several nights and days in a house without a heat! Alex and Robert were very professional and pleasant during the entire installation. Ken Tingey and company has provided plumbing and heating services for me for over 30 years. I trust their expertise. They provide honest services and their prices are competitive. I have been extremely satisfied with everything they have done. I trust that they would not sell me services that I do not need. They have put in a new furnace, hot water heater and air conditioner.
