Dr. Ting Ting Liu canceled my appointment extremely last minute on a Saturday, when my appointment was on Monday. When I tried to reschedule, it took multiple calls to get an answer from the front desk. When I did get a response, they told me their next appointment would be a month and a half away. I would highly recommend seeing a more professional doctor with better service.
I have seen Dr. Liu two times. She is a knowledgeable doctor with a lot patients. She told me every detail about me eye problems and answered all my questions. She also gave me many used suggestions. She is the perfect doctor.
0 star if I can rate it. Waiting for more than an hour. And checking with staff about the wait time after an hour of waiting. The response we receive is "you can reschedule if you want". What a suggestion after we had wait for more than an hour. And this long wait time happened every single time. Do not come to this place.
I was seen by Ting ting Liu because Dr Longar had canceled her appointments at the last minute. Ting ting Liu has the worst mannerism. When I walked into the office she gave no introduction or welcome but instead a very cold summary of my results straight away with a very unfriendly and unwelcoming tone as if her being there was an inconvenience.
