I stayed in a furnished one bedroom, while I was in town for work. Jason was prompt and upfront with everything. The apartment was great and everything he said it would be. I would highly recommend and would gladly rent from them again!
Jason Ting is a great salesperson/realtor. He’s very honest and extremely patient, especially for a first-time homebuyer; he never pressures me on putting a high bid or how many times we can submit an offer for one house (he literally will submit an offer you want with your price and conditions/concessions you desire). He will give you advice, but never force anything upon you. If you like a nice, gentle broker that isn’t pushy and is genuinely honest with a lot of sincerity, Jason Ting is the agent for you.
Jason Ting has been my landlord for the past 5yrs. He has been able to address any concerns with professionalism and provided solutions to maintenance issues that may have come up. Prices for rent have been within market rate. I would recommend anyone to discuss a rental or purchase.
We stayed in one of Jason's units in 2016. The condo was ok. No central ac or heat but still comfortable. Jason was really polite but lost a few points on professionalism. He brought people to look at the condo we were in without even giving us a curtosy call. Literally just popped up with random people to do a walk through. That wasn't ok.
Working with Jason was such a great experience — he was so reliable, professional, and helpful in getting a lease set up on a great house for my wife and me. I will absolutely work with Jason again, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent!
