I filled out applications for me & my wife and paid the applications fee $90 for property 2446 Lone Street a couple days ago. They have run my credit, background check, contacted my employer, 3 years rental history etc. everything was perfect even I have 4 time verifiable income. We are renting a house that Tiner property management listed for rent. It was listed as having a washer and dryer included. Now a week before we are scheduled to move in, they are saying the owner took the appliances that were listed as included with the rental. When I let them know it was listed as coming with a washer and dryer, first they denied it and said it didnt. I sent them a copy of the listing which showed it as being included. The Tiner Family Property Management are they're are ruthless, empathetic, lying bullies. We were renting from them for nine years. We paid the rent always on time. Except for one incident with our bank who screwed up. Our Bank even wrote Tiner Management a letter explaining their screw up. A month later we get a 60 day notice. We didn't have enough money to move. We've been waiting for our SSI Benefits to kick in. We had to be out just before Thanksgiving.
