I filled out applications for me & my wife and paid the applications fee $90 for property 2446 Lone Street a couple days ago. They have run my credit, background check, contacted my employer, 3 years rental history etc. everything was perfect even I have 4 time verifiable income. But, I have been told “the owner has accepted & approved another application for this property”. We are renting a house that Tiner property management listed for rent. It was listed as having a washer and dryer included. Now a week before we are scheduled to move in, they are saying the owner took the appliances that were listed as included with the rental. When I let them know it was listed as coming with a washer and dryer, first they denied it and said it didnt. I sent them a copy of the listing which showed it as being included. The Tiner Family Property Management are they're are ruthless, empathetic, lying bullies. We were renting from them for nine years. We paid the rent always on time. Except for one incident with our bank who screwed up. Our Bank even wrote Tiner Management a letter explaining their screw up. A month later we get a 60 day notice. We didn't have enough money to move. We've been waiting for our SSI Benefits to kick in. We had to be out just before Thanksgiving. I moved here from Florida thinking I would come to sacramento and get a worm welcome but I've been sadly mistaken. I applied at tiner for a house they took my app fee and call me a week later and said my application was denied. I asked why and they told me I didn't make enough money to afford the house, mind you I made $78,000 last year and $80,000 this year. I was a novice landlord and was very unsure about renting out my condo. But I have to say, Tiner Property Management has been fabulous. They have found tenants immediately, they are responsive to my questions, and they have made the whole process very pleasant. I highly recommend them and their services.

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! This people NEVER respond to fix something for all the time we were renting house. Before we moved to rental property, we inspected and wrote down everything what was wrong and broken, but after we moved out, we were billed for everything in the issue list. They charged us more then $600 for missed shower handle and screws!!. But this items already were missing when we moved there! Teriffic Customer Service – Outstanding customer service, professional and responsive!!! Excellent Personnel – When my family started to grow my wife and I decided to look for a house that would suit our needs.
