Perfect birthday dinner! Scott Heinonen is a world-class chef! The duck breast with cous-cous and duck confit with cherries was perfectly prepared. We really enjoyed the charcuterie board of special meats and cheeses. My husband says the scallops were the best he's ever eaten and we just got back from Hawaii where he tried scallops too. Highly recommend the Tinderbox Kitchen if you're in Flagstaff!
