RecommendedI was stranded in Knoxville with a flat tire on a trip back home to NC this past Monday. The guys at Tindell's did not have the tire I needed, but they went out of their way to help me problem solve what to do. They made calls for me and made sure I got towed to another tire store that had what I needed. Their assistance helped me to stay calm, and they couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Richard and Dylan(?).

After stopping somewhere else and having someone try to sell me a USED tire for $95 total, I was incredibly pleased to stop at Tindell. When I got there and told them what my problem was, they asked me if I wanted to see if a patch would fix it and solve my problem for 1/3 of the money of what a tire would cost me. We tried that, and it didn't work, but that couldn't stop these guys. Within minutes he had found a tire that would work for me AND my wallet, and I was at the shop for less than half an hour TOTAL.
