If I could leave a negative 10 it would be appropriate. I had to contact both TN & GA Attorney General to get him to fix the BASIC PUBLIC information he didn't include in his appraisal. Make, Model, Serial Number & Description of my mobile home.. this is appraisal 101..and then took FIVE days to fix it and would NOT respond to anyone, the broker, lender or myself.. praying the AG revokes his license, totally unacceptable when your lack of professionalism threatens the home of another person.

Was almost 30 minutes late to the meeting. When I called to see where he was, he was just rude to me and confrontational. My tenant made a special trip on her lunch break to handle her dogs and ended up having to leave before he got there cause he was so late. Certainly won’t use these people again. Too many choices in appraisers to be forced to deal with unpleasant people.
