Was almost 30 minutes late to the meeting. When I called to see where he was, he was just rude to me and confrontational. My tenant made a special trip on her lunch break to handle her dogs and ended up having to leave before he got there cause he was so late. Certainly won’t use these people again. Too many choices in appraisers to be forced to deal with unpleasant people.
We are using the VA for our home loan and know that the appraisal can make our break the entire thing. I was initially worried when I saw the average of 2.3 star review but with only three total reviews, it can really sway the total. I appreciate that our realtor told us how great they were and we were able to see that for ourselves. They were quick, professional, and everything came back just as we had hoped.
