They don’t do “ethnic hair”
Told a POC that they don’t have the “right things” to cut their hair.....wth?!
First timer with getting Brazillian. I may be a little more sensitive down there than most, so I feel like she could’ve been gentler when cleaning and handling such a sensitive area. Putting on the wax even hurt (pulled hair) like it wasn’t hot enough yet. I understand it would hurt. I get it. That’s what I signed up for. But a more gentler approach would’ve have helped a whole lot. Got home and still feel hair in areas. Wish I had a better first experience especially since the service was $85 plus tip. I got my hair blown out by Carmen and let me just say I lovvveeeddd it. This was the first time I got my hair done and the hairdresser did not pull my hair or I could smell them burning my hair. I was literally so relaxed in the chair. She is a very talented hair dresser who is super sweet. I will definitely be returning. The salon it self was beautiful and all the staff was very nice and spoke to every client there.
