This is the worst ran office in owensboro! Not only does the office stink, but the receptionist doesn't even know how to do her job. I waited 3 weeks to reschedule my son's appointment because the receptionist told me to call our insurance and make sure the procedure will be covered???!!! Since when does the patient have to get approval for a procedure??? And once I finally got the appointment she scheduled it for a Friday and told me she would have to check with the doctor to be sure we could keep that appointment?? So you ... read more
