Made a reservation 2 weeks ago for a pedicure today. Get there and the only tech is just starting 2 other pedicures. Lacking in time management or the whole point of having a reservation. I left, will have to find another salon.
Sadly my opinion of Tina's has changed and not for the better, I quit going there cause Tina refused to honor the appointment I had made, a month ago, I had called and the guy I talked to made me an appointment for 10 am the next day, but when I showed up for that appointment I was told by Tina herself that her crew was not there and she was all booked up, I told her that this appoint was made yesterday, but she still refused to honor it! so I took my business and my money elsewhere, I have now found a place I like a lot bet... read more
Felling extremely disappointed with Tina’s Nail Spa and Salon. At 38 weeks pregnant, I came to relax and enjoy myself with a much needed pedicure. The pedicure I chose, Tina’s Spa Pedicure, was supposed to be the top of the line with all services included, one of them being “rub your foot” according to their flyer.
