First time and I love the service!!!
This was my first time coming to this shop and everyone was super sweet.Wendy did my gel pedicure w/french tip and she did a great job! I am very pleased with her work, especially since I’m picky when it comes to my french tip nails! Oh did I mention she finished my toes in 35min?! Price point: My boyfriend got a mani/pedi and I got gel removal, white gel french tips totaling $65!
This place was not like this in the early 2000 when l use to Always go. l even had family and friends go BUT it’s not the same anymore, Now they are SO rude, the service is bad and my nail looked SO bad. The guy that did my nails was so rude and did my nails like in 15/20 minutes. He did not want to fix them when l asked. I will never go back here again. WORST place EVER!!!! I will let my family and friends know not to go here……..
The lady that did my manicure on the left hand side the last desk by TV was so rough at one point she was yanking off 3D gel design with a cuticle nipper only. I had to ask her to bring out acetone to soak. Not to mention I haven't been for a new mani in over 1 month so my nails were really long & healthy until I sat at her desk. I did tell her your being too rough these are my own nails not fake. She destroyed my nails plates the pink part! 2 finger on my right & 3 on my left her station was also indecent.
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews—especially for places I had high hopes for. I came to this nail shop for the first time because it was close by, and I needed a quick set for a last-minute event. I asked for something very simple: a solid white set. Instead of honoring what I wanted, the nail tech insisted on trying to convince me to choose something else. It felt like he didn’t want to do what I asked, which was disappointing from the start.
